IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ:
Each year your Executive reviews Registration Fees for players. For the last few years we have kept player fees relatively unchanged. However, as equipment and other operating costs increase, we have found it necessary to raise additional funds.

For the 2010 season we have tried to hold the line on registration fees but, for the second year we are again adding our Fund Raiser intiative with each players participation.

At registration you will be required to purchase 1 book of 20 tickets (value $40) for each player; maximum 2 books per family. You will receive tickets via your Team/Parent Representative early in the season. Once you have received the tickets, you can either write your name on them and return them to the Association -- or you can work to sell them, thereby reducing your Registration cost.

We have several prizes including an all expense paid trip to a Detroit Tiger or Toronto Blue Jays game, rounds of Golf at Firerock, Ski passes at Boler Mountain -- and many more!

THE DRAW WILL BE JULY 1ST, 2010 AT THE DELAWARE ‘CANADA DAY’ CELEBRATIONS.

Tickets must be returned to your team manager BEFORE Canada Day. We appreciate your support and on behalf of DMBMB I'd like to say that we look forward to an exciting season of Baseball and Softball.

In our continuing efforts to keep Registration fees down, the Association has committed to running a few Bingo sessions at the Mt. Brydges Legion.

In co-operation with the Mt. Brydges Lioness, Bingo's have started again -- each Monday 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm. We'd like to run TWO Bingos per month, and we're looking for help/volunteers. If you are 18 years of age and older, and are willing to assist -- your volunteer efforts will be appreciated.

PLEASE CONTACT Carolyn LeClair at (519) 264-9423 if you can assist. Participating registrants and parents/guardians are entitled to a $25.00 Registration Fee rebate for each Bingo they attend.
